The finished facility sells computing power to companies that train and run AI models. That rental income is what funds investor returns.
How and when you receive returns
Earnings are credited monthly. You can withdraw your accumulated earnings to your bank account every month, or leave them in your account — you track every payout in your dashboard. Distribution details are published per package before you commit.
Lock-up and exit — the honest part
Data centers are long-term assets. Expect your capital to be committed for a defined term; we publish the term and any exit options for every package up front. No fine print, no surprises.
